Sludge
Biography
A group formed in the mid-1990s in Swiss lands, Sludge is one of the heavyweights of the very rich extreme scene in red and white. It is supported by Lee Dorian (Cathedral) that they will sign their first deal to release in 1996 the EP Sweet Daisy, followed by a first album by The Well. Sludge is a band that takes its time (does not see any connection with their nationality) and maintains a rhythm of releases inversely proportional to the quality of its music since all albums of the band to this day are covered with praiseworthy reviews. Note that Marko (guitar) has also been noted at Samael for some years and a pause observed by his original group. It has since alternated between the two formations. Following a prominent Yellow Acid Rain, Sludge returned in 2008, reinforced by the arrival of former vocalist Unfold and Houston Swing Engine and a new bass player to release his fourth album: Lava .
