Biography

Sons Of Tonatiuh starts in Atlanta in 2008 with the impulse of Dan Caycedo (Guitare / Chant) Jeff Juszkiewicz (Basse), Jake Benedict (Battery). The Sludge trio quickly recorded a demo and a 7" in 2009 in self-production. Nevertheless, the line-up evolved, Darby Wilson arrived as second guitarist and the rhythm section was replaced by Tim Genius (Battery) and Mike Tunno (Basse). The now quartet recorded an eponymous album in 2010 that first appeared in self-production and then in Hydro-Phonic Records. Sounds Of Tonatiuh returns to trio format (without Darby) and shoots intensively during 2011 before recording Parade Of Sorrow in 2012 with the help of Kyle Spence ( Harvey Milk ). Things are slowing down in 2013 with a new line-up change and the arrival of Twitch (Basse) and Josh Lomanto (Battery). A new ep was created in 2014, No One Is Safe, as well as a split with Grey Widow in 2015.
