Biography

Spektr is one of these mysterious entities of the French Black Metal, like Deathspell Omega and Blut Aus Nord. With an enigmatic line-up, apparently a duo made up of Kl.K. and Hth - pseudos o so obscure - the formation official like the other two mentioned in a Black Metal Experimental. A skillful mix of dark electronic atmospheres and the well-known putrid violence, it is a group whose only France has kept secret, in the footsteps of a legendary Abruptum. With a signature at Appease Me (relayed by the English from Candlelight Records), French label very in vogue with a particularly fine nose for atypical formations (Overmars , Blut Aus Nord , Monolithe ), Spektr released his first album Et Fugit Interea Fugit Irreparabile Tempus in 2004, then the second The Near Death Experience in 2006. With records of such quality and an original approach, the duo can hope to attract the eyes of both a masochist audience and the search for extreme musical experimentation. A new album was released in 2013, in response to the name of Cypher and a 2016 suite The Art To Disappear, both of which were carried by the Agonia Records label.
