Static Radio NJ was born in 2002 in Flemington, New Jersey. After getting teeth on the local scene, the band decided to pass the top speed, participating in a split, Any State Alliance, along with two other New Jersey formations, Void Control and The Gallows. A 7", five tracks, titled One For The Good Guys , released in December 2006 with Cunksaah Records and Static Radio NJ on tour, first with Arm The Poor in the U.S.A., then with Bouncing Souls , Strike Anywhere and The Loved Ones throughout North America (Canada, U.S.A.). In August 2007, the CD version of One For The Good Guys, produced by Stephen Egerton (The Descendants), was released by Black Numbers Records. This release is followed by a U.S. and European tour with the Dutch from Antillelectric .
