Stonebirds
Biography
Stonebirds is a trio of Sludge Rock Psychedelic which was born in 2008 in the beautiful region of Central Britain, it is elsewhere that inspires the heavy and dark music of the band. After the traditional demo of use, the band shares a split LP with Stangala , then will follow a digital EP before appearing in 2015 the first album: Into The Fog... And The Filthy Air at Pink Tank Records. It is recorded in 100% analog studio, the goal being a raw and vintage production. Stonebirds is very influenced by The Melvins, Kylesa or Yob. After a few dates and one in 2016 at the Metalorgie Fest, the trio composes a new long format, Time for 2017, recorded exactly in the same conditions as the previous one, lurking more on the dark side of the hovering birds. It will take three years and the arrival of a certain virus to see the third album, Collapse and Fail hosted by Ripple Music, disembarking further towards obscurs paths.
