Biography
Subrosa is a Doom group
was founded in Salt Lake City in 2005. Its originality
comes in particular from Rebecca Vernon's atypical voice
(Guitare / Chant), folk and experimental elements of his
music, but also from Sarah Pendleton's violin. Both
In 2006, the Worm Has Turned quickly recorded a first demo to lay the foundation for his music. They
then surrounded by Leena Rinne (Basse) and Bonie Shupe
(Battery) to produce their first album, Strega , released in
2008 at I Hate Records. The following year, he released an ep, Swans Trapped In Ice, recorded with two brothers and sister Zach and Rachel.
Hatsis for the rhythm section. Kim Pack is recruited as a member
permanent as second violin for the new album. Zach Hatsis

a haunted and romantic Doom Metal with No Help For The Mighty Ones released by Profound Lore Records. The group remains
as discreet on stage as he gets praise from critics. In
2012, still operating line-up changes with arrivals of
Christian Creek (Basse) and Andy Patterson (Battery) to compose
A third opus. More Constant Than The Gods released at the end of 2013
still at Profound Lore Records and remains once again a
success.
