Surtr

Jeff Maurer (guitar, voice) and Régis Beck (battery) formed a band in Metz in 2009. They opt for Surtr's surname, the name of the devastating fire giant of Scandinavian mythology. After recruiting Julien Kuhn for bass and releasing a demo, the band released its first album in 2011, entitled World Of Doom . After a lot of concerts, Surtr recidivism in 2013 with Pulvis Et Umbra, and announces his participation in Hellfest and Dutch Doom Days, among others.
