Sylosis

Sylosis is an English band from the city of Reading, England. Trained in 2000 by a bunch of high school buddies, especially under Josh Middleton's initiative. The beginnings of the group were difficult, due to the many changes in lineup, their school obligations and the fact that they did not have the driver's license. At the end of 2006, however, the thrashes managed to produce two EPs, Casting Shadows, and The Supreme Oppressor at a small English indie label, In At The Deep End Records, which would only be distributed in the UK. It was only at the end of 2007 that Sylosis received a call from Nuclear Blast Records. The occasion was too good and the band immediately signed at the label. It is the consecration for the English with, on October 24, 2008, the release of their first studio album, Conclusion Of An Age , unanimously welcomed by critics as an excellent first album. After a long series of concerts in 2009, including a European tour with The Black Dhalia Murder and Cephalic Carnage , a visit to the Sonisphere , and a tour in early 2010 alongside Fear Factory , the band today finished recording its next album scheduled for the end of 2010.
