The Arrs
Biography
The Alien's Right Respect Sector ( The Arrs ) was formed in 1998 in the Paris region with a market goal in the footsteps of the sponsors of the American Hardcore Metal. The line-up consists of Nico (Chant), Pierre and Mat (Guitares), Erwan (Basse) and Toki (Battery). We must wait until 2001 to see the first ep of the group, Human Condition, which is already a modest success. Their first album, ...And La Pain Est La Same , appeared four years later after the replacement of Mat and Erwan by Paskual and Jérôme. The opus wants to be more worked and fits into the Metalcore scene, which allows the group to become more familiar and gain some recognition. A recognition that increases as concerts take place since The Arrs shares the poster with Killswitch Engage , Sick Of It All or Meshuggah and has the chance to perform at Furyfest 2005 and Hellfest 2007. In 2007, Trinité , the second album of the French, astonished by a rather special bass sound, although it fits in with the continuity of their work with always the religious theme present in the band's lyrics. The Arrs' popularity is growing as they export to Europe for a tour of 80 concerts. Heroes - Assassin was released in 2009 at Season Of Mist, which confirmed the band as the lead of the French Metalcore movement, followed the following year by a Just Live DVD.
