The Fat Cats

The Fat Cats

Country: United Kingdom
Formed: 1960
Styles: Heavy Metal

Biography

Coming from the same English region as the former Exploited or GBH and the beautiful Robie Williams, the Fat Cats play in a completely different register that would only blush the old ones! Take a pinch of punk rock, 1L of rockabilly, a zest of blues, a good spoon of ska-rocksteady and finally add a good dose of psycho rock and you get The Fat Cats! The singer Tom, is at the piano (!), the drummer, Noah, and the guitarist are back vocals, Zarig at the saxo and Vahé at the double bass. Today on the label of Snuff, Ten past ten records, the band released its first album Keeping Up with Dow Joneses in 2002 on the indie label Rumour, and then released an EP at their colleagues in Snuff. This second production, Nick Motown (in tribute to Snuff) allows them to multiply festivals and tours (Uk, Japan, Usa, europe).
