
The Red Shore
Biography
The Red Shore was formed in 2004 in Geelon, Australia by Damien Morris singing, Jason Leombruni and Roman Koester on guitars, Richard Johnson on drums and Jamie Hope on bass. Signing at Big Phat Adelaide Records, it allows them to release a first ep: Salvaging Whats Left in 2006 rather noticed on the Deathcore scene, influenced by bands like Behemoth, Devourment or Hate Eternal. Richard Johnson, however, left the group in 2007, not in agreement with the increasingly technical management that the rest of the group wants to borrow. He was replaced immediately by Jake Green to prepare the end of the year tour with All Shall Perish. Unfortunately, on December 19, their minibus leaves the road killing on board Damien Morris and the driver and merchandising Andy Milner. The band still pursues the adventure, Jamie Hope takes up the position of singer according to the wishes of Damien Morris who wanted Jamie to replace him if he had to leave the band one day. Jon Green of Picture The End is then recruited as a bassist. Once again stabilized, The Red Shore released its first album, Unconsecrated , at the end of 2008, followed the following year by Lost Verses, which took over titles from their first ep. The band has since toured with Dying Fetus, Aborted, The Faceless, Necrophagist and Bring Me The Horizon.
