English pop has regularly found us little pearls, 2004 was rich in this area but some in more brilliance than others, The Servant is THE rare pearl. Pure product of the English pop the band led by a charismatic singer (Dan Black) veervolte on the side of The Smith, Prince, Blur, ... A first eponymous album released in 2004 of incredible freshness will come to kick in the pop bubbling, finally that's what it would be right to think, but oddly The Servant does not take off in England and finds more attentive ear to their melody in France... For once, let's take advantage of this future, no doubt the band will be noticed very soon...
