These New Puritans

These New Puritans is an English band from Southend-on-Sea, formed in 2006, originally composed of Jack twins (song, multi-instrumentalist) and George Barnett (battery), Thomas Hein (bass, keyboard), and Sophie Sleigh-Johnson (keyboard, who will leave the band in 2012). In 2007, after a first EP Now Pluvial released the previous year on the label Angular Records, the quater invested the studio and recorded a first album by the name of Beat Pyramid, which landed in the bins early 2008, with the post-punk accent this first jet is yet Jack's statements strongly influenced by Aphex Twin or the Wu-Tang Clan.
