Biography

Toner Low appeared in 1998 in Leiden, The Netherlands and worked quickly in a S toner / Smoked Doom developing long beaches combining heavyness, psychedelism and hypnosis. In the first four years after its creation, the band gave a series of concerts across Holland and Belgium, opening for bands such as Karma To Burn, Isis, Candybar Planet or Lawn.
Including five members in its early days, the training was reduced to a trio in August 2002, retaining only Def (Basse / Chant), Daan (Guitare) and Jack (Battery). That's when things start to get better. After releasing a split album the same year with Fal-Tor-Voh and participating in the Motor Rock Volume I (Motorwolf Records) compilation, Toner Low performed on his land in Germany and Luxembourg for two years. A serious warming that allows the three acolytes to roam their titles and prepare for recording their first effort. This soon happened, because in the spring of 2004 the band entered the studio and it was in June 2005 that Toner Low was released on his own label, Roadkill Rekordz.
The record was a success and was the subject of numerous articles in magazines and specialized sites. This puts the chip in the ear of the Freebird Records label, which decides in January 2006 to bring it out with, in particular, a double vinyl edition. Also released in 2006 a split album with Abe Diddys&The Krautboys . Then followed many dates in Europe during the years 2006-2007, where the band shared the poster with Suma, El-Thule, Dozer, End Of Level Boss, Spaceship Landing, Amen Ra, Orange Sunshine, Boris ...
In November 2007, the bassist and singer Deep left the band and was replaced a month later by Miranda, reappearing eight years after his debut. A second album was released in 2008, which responded soberly to the name of II .
