These five Pittsburgh musicians formed Transition in 2003 and released their first opus, Sunset Wakeup , in July 2004. This self-prod allows them to go on tour on the East side, and in the Midwest, to make a name for themselves. One year after the release of the album, Transition returns the cover with an eponymous EP; 7,000 copies of the two cakes will be sold. They will eventually be enlisted by Floodgate Records , which will publish their second effort, Get There , produced by Mike Herrera (MxPx ) on May 09, 2006.
