Biography

Trivium was formed in 2000, around high school buddies. The band made a few concerts and suffered the inevitable changes of a young band's line-up, then in 2003, Trivium released his first ep followed very quickly from their first album the same year: Ember To Inferno. The band then completes its line-up and shares the scene with bands like Machine Head, In Flames, Iced Earth, Killswith Engage, Fear Factory ... In 2005 the band released its second album (Ascendancy ), this time on Roadrunner Records, a big rigorous production therefore for a band working in a style that has the wind in stern: Metalcore, the whole strongly tinted by Thrash and Heavy and chorus with a rather successful clear voice. The band after smokin' the theaters all over the world (as well as the festivals that Hellfest in France) returns in 2006 with The Crusade, a change of style for the band that pays tribute to its way to Metallica Thrash-Metal or Iron Maiden's Heavy-Metal. It was in 2008 that Shogun came out and the band then turned alongside Slipknot and Cooheed And Cambria. In Waves , their last production, appeared three years later, still on their Roadrunner Records label.
