Troubled Hubble formed late '98 in the city of Chicago. The quartet was first signed on Magic Spot Records, which released its first EP, Slow Plant Entry, in 2000. Then followed two recordings, The Sun Beamed Off The Name Maurice in 2000, and Broken Airplanes in 2001.As for Penturbia, their 3rd album, initially self-produced at the end of 2002, the latter will be published on the label Latest Flame in early 2003. Tourings followed, again and again, during which Chris Otepka filled his "yellow notebook" with ideas. In the end, two years of preparation, and the notebook is fully completed when the recording sessions of Making Beds In A Burning House begin. Troubled Hubble , thanks to their savings, offers Jason Caddell to production, guitarist of the Dismemberment Plan , and record their last opus at Inner Ear Studio.
