Trunks
Biography
Trunks formed in 2006 with Laetitia Sheriff (Basse / Chant), Régis Boulard (Battery / Chant - Chien Vert), Régis Gautier (Guitare) and Stéphane Fromentin (Guitare - Chien Vert ). The Rennes collective was joined in 2007 by Daniel Paboeuf (Saxophone - Marquis De Sade ) during the recording of Use Less , their first essay which was the subject of textual experiments around Jack Kerouac's haikus. For two years, Trunks gradually tried to make himself known on stage. At the end of 2009, Florian Marzano replaced Régis Gautier. As the concerts progressed, Trunks composed new titles, two of which appeared on the ep Kniee in 2010. In 2011, Trunks refines his music influenced by the jazz and noise scene with a second more accomplished album, On The Roof .
