Biography

Founded one night on the occasion of a fortuitous meeting on the banks of the Seine between five musicians, Twin Arrows released his first album with the same name in 2012, self-produced in a garage in the Paris suburbs. Unscrewing between garage-psyche and heavy blues, Twin Arrows is inhabited by a narrative sense worthy of great storytellers like Tom Waits or Nick Cave, and swings a singular and incisive sound. We find the influence of The Doors, Thee Oh Sees or Rage Against the Machine as well as filmmakers such as David Lynch. Live, the energy released by this pack of 5 musicians nails you to the spot. It is an animal trance and violent, uncompromising and sincere. You are taken hostage, attentive, as suspended... A crushing riff, an ultra-reverted bridge, and suddenly they make you dance, then just after almost crying. The national release of their new album Hell and Back (distributed by Modulor) is scheduled for February 23, 2015.
