Originally from Toulouse, Up Rights, a hardcore old school group, was born in the summer of 1996 after the separation of Conform Choice. Raf (bass) and Skal (battery) are joined by Fred (guitar) and Flo (chant) and the first Up Rights concert takes place in October. Many line-up changes will sparkle the life of the group. Raf leaves for Canada and is replaced by Tof. Fred also left the band and Quentin took his place. He became a singer after Flo left, and Julien took the guitar. Despite all these changes, the training is still active in 2007 and today includes members of Backsight and Fire At Will. After many concerts, including the first part of Bane , Have Heart or For The Glory , and more than ten years of existence, Up Rights released its first 7", Old School Revenge , in September 2007 at Commitment Records.
