Vélooo

"The aim of the Vélooo project is to unpredictably control rock 'n' roll and musical experimentation of all kinds, all encouraged by a certain taste for good whisky." Formed in Pau in 2004, the quartet drums / guitar / bass / baritone guitar + synth evolves in a garage-noisy-degligued-to-18-speeds influenced among others by Six Finger Satellite, Don Caballero or Botch, and tends to explore the rough and mathematical slopes of rock. The result is nerve, impulsive and dancing compositions, carried by a sound that is sometimes kind, sometimes mean, sweet as well as creamy. Songs already lying on an EP appeared in 2008 and on a long album, Even Pas Mal, in March 2012, both released on the label/collective of the same bled, A Tant Rêver Du Roi.
