Biography

Viking Skull was born in 2002 in Corby around Roddy Stone (song), Waldie (bass), Gordon Morison (battery), and Frank Regan and Darren Smith (guitars). A first EP soberly titled Chapter One comes out quickly and allows the band to open for HIM on the 2003 British tour. The first album of the band arrived two years later under the title Born in Hell . It is thought that things are going well for the band, especially when she is invited to take part in a big tour with Alice Cooper and Twisted Sister. Unfortunately, the group will not be able to participate due to lack of resources. Viking Skull nevertheless managed to slide a title on the compilation Viva la Bands by Bam Margera and to participate in the Download Festival in 2006, but tensions broke out within the band, which soon split. However, Roddy Stone decided to reform Viking Skull less than a year later with Waldie and newcomers Julian Cooper (guitar) and Jesse Margera (battery, brother of the other). He followed the recording of an album in the United States with some members of CKY, which was released as Chapter Two. The album will be sold with an EP, Blackened Sunrise. 2008 sees the band go back to the studio to record what will become his third album, titled not Chapter Three but Doom, Gloom, Heartache & Whiskey, on which Rich Vose and Dom Wallace are on guitars. The album is released at the end of the year.
