It is in Chemnitz, Germany that one of the most exciting noise rock trios in recent years is born: Volt. Influenced by The Jesus Lizard as well as The Melvins, the Germans produce a noise-free, brutal rock, including Energy and Emergency. After a very notable first EP, Romeo KO , the trio chained with a first album, Rörhat , on Exile on Mainstream / Southern revealing all the potential already seen during furious tours.
