Biography

W.I.L.D. (formerly Wild Karnivor) is a group of Thrash-Death from northern France, dating back to 2000. After several changes of line-up and names the band found its brands in 2004 and recorded a first album in 2006 Embryon .

Their Thrash Death mixed with acoustic parts in which the "rock'n'roll" side is very present intrigue. The album is rather well received by critics but the band still needs to digest its influences. After foaming the bars of the area and making the first parts of groups like No Return , Yyrkoon , Textures , Dagoba , Black Bomb A , the band takes the road and goes to distil its music in other countries. Upon his return the band continues the concerts and participates in the Chaulnes Metal Fest with Benighted, Kronos, Immolation. It also opens for Born From Pain, Psykup, The Ocean. With all these dates the band returned to studio in 2008 to give birth to their 2nd album Aeternum Vale . Influences digested, music more incisive the band found its own identity and this second album does not leave indifferent. After taking the time to make this album live during the concerts, W.I.L.D. returned to the studio in 2011 and recorded his 3rd Opus Agony of Indecision, which looks to be more worked and more striking than ever. The band signs with Klonosphere (Klone , Trepalium ) and Season of Mist . In 2015 the band welcomed a second guitarist and celebrated its 10th anniversary. For the occasion there is a free download of a 7-title EP featuring 7 guests of choice since you can find: Arno Strobl (CinC , We All Die (Laughing) , Sam Bourreau (ex Hacride / Mistaken Element ), KK ( Trepalium ), Arno ( Black Bomb A ), Julien Truchan ( Benighted ) Stéphane Buriez ( Loudblast ), and Chuck (ghUSA ). At the end of 2016 the Nordistes changed their drummers and announced that a new album would be ready for 2017.
