Walrus Resist

At the origin of the project, five Montpellierans with various influences who have worked together since 2002. After several years of trial, the group stabilizes its line-up and affirms its musical orientation by progressing in an oriental, raw and chaotic metal represented, according to the group, by a walrus with a nonchalant appearance. The image refers to its character, devoid of violence but leaving all its rage if necessary. Walrus Resist recorded a demo eponymous 3 titles in 2006 and a first Ep, Ysaereh , synthesis of their first years of work, in 2008.
Very quickly the band focused on the composition of a first album. Staring From The Abyss was released in 2009 at Pervade/M Office Records.
