Weeping Birth

Weeping Birth is a formation of Metal Extreme created and directed by a single man, Vladimir Cochet. Multi-Instrumentist, Switzerland has been taking care of everything and running its project since the late 1990s. Even though it is influenced by many different groups and styles, the stylistic direction of Weeping Birth is very directed Death Metal. It was in 1999 that the first demo, Officium Tenebrarum , came out, despite the qualities of the demo, it remained fairly confidential and it was mainly in the Underground milieu that it circulated. Before releasing his first opus, A Painting of Raven and Rape, in 2003, Cochet took his time, the process of writing and recording proved long and asked him a lot of work. In 2006 for a bit obscure reasons Weeping Birth could not release a new album that was fully prepared, that is, Switzerland took on it and came back stronger in 2008 to offer the second LP of its project: Anosognosic Industry of the I. A violent opus, long (more than an hour) or sometimes mingles with symphonic or even avant-garde parts. While Weeping Birth was believed buried, Cochet returned to the circuit in 2015 with a signature at the French label Apathia Records which edited The Crushed Harmony.
