Biography
Robert Scott "Wino" Weinrich is a guitarist singer who has played in Doom bands recognized as The Obsessed, Saint Vitus, Spirit Caravan, Place Of Skulls, Shrinebuilder and The Hidden Hand. He founded The Obsessed a la fn of the 1970s, which he left in the mid-1980s to go to California singing in Saint Vitus ( Born Too Late, Mournful Cries and V). Running 90, on the occasion of the release of a compilation of The Obsessed , Wino left Saint Vitus and reformed his first band, with which he released some 7" and 2 albums before again ending the band in 1994. Barely The Obsessed buried, he formed Shine, renamed Spirit Caravan for 2 LPs and an EP before throwing the sponge in 2002. He then created with the former Pentagram guitarist the band Place Of Skulls, then after the first album released, changed his shoulder rifle again to create The Hidden Hand. In 2009 he also released an album with the All Star Band Shrinebuilder (with Al Cisneros by OM and Sleep , Scott Kelly by Neurosis and Dale Crover by Melvins ).
His first solo album Punctuated Equilibrium was released in 2009 che Southern Lord with the drummer of Clutch and bass player Rezin .
