Worn In Red
Biography
Worn In Red is from Virginia, the promised land of Hardcore! They share their influences between deceased groups of their region ( Sleepytime Trio, Hoover, Four Hundred Years, Maximillian Colby, Action Patrol, Frodus ...) and independent monsters of the 2000s: Mistaken Planes For Stars, Glass And Ashes or Hot Water Music. The quartet formed in 2004 and stabilized its line-up in 2007 around Joe Lusk (Guitare), Brad Perry (Battery), Brendan Murphy (Guitare / Chant) and Matt Neagle (Basse / Chant). After a split with Benard and a package of concerts in 2008, they started recording their first effort, In The Offering , which was released at the legendary label No Idea Records at the end of 2009. 2011 sees the release of two splits, one with Mouthbreather, the other shared on a European tour with Attack! Viper! and Ok Pilot. Then in 2012, they started the composition of Banshees which also appeared at No Idea. After a few concerts with Planes Mistaken For Stars , Shores or Rosetta , Worn In Red returns weapons in the summer of 2014.
